This lovely cottage on Little Go Home Bay is perfect for families! (Note: large groups of singles or couples not preferred). Recently updated with a professional designer shows pride of ownership. Fabulous screened in porch overlooking the waterfront with plenty of seating for the group.
Located on Georgian Bay, part of the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve. Little Go Home Bay is sheltered making it perfect for water activities of all kinds and is just a short drive from the town of Port Severn. The area is surrounded by water and dotted with soaring evergreens. Port Severn is a must-see town in Muskoka and is distinguished by its assortment of activities, including the Honey Bee Festival, The Just Add Water Festival, as well as antique shops and art exhibits. Check out the local historic sites such as the Martyr’s Shrine, St Marie Among the Hurons, or book a cruise of Georgian Bay. Explore the breathtaking sights and sounds this region has to offer.

Main floor master has electric fireplace and sweeping views of the lake. Also includes a fabulous ensuite with stand up shower. Upper level has three bedrooms and a full bathroom, so bring the family! Lower level includes a sitting area, with pool table, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Please review our 2024 Code of Conduct & House Rules:
All potential guests must complete a rental application where you will be asked to provide a full guest list, ages of all guests, the name, address & employer of the primary applicant as well as your home insurance policy details as your third party liability travels with you when you rent. The primary guest must be 30 years of age or older to book. No reservation is confirmed until approved by MDR. The application will form the basis of your short-term lease agreement with MDR and you understand and agree that you will abide by the terms therein.
Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Linen, beach & bath towels included.
If Pets are permitted at this rental, this will be limited to 2 small or one large dog, no other types of animals and will be solely based on the discretion of the owner and you will be asked to sign a pet waiver and possibly to pay an additional pet cleaning fee. Wet pets are not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time.
No smoking, electronic or otherwise, inside the cottage. If you do smoke outside, you must NOT flick ash or butts on the ground as these represent a fire hazard.
Open fires in the fire pit only please & check burn restrictions for the area before you arrive.
Fireworks are NOT permitted.
Please leave the property as you found it, tidy and with all garbage disposed of per the welcome letter.
Note there may be a garbage removal fee of as much as $500 per week. Professional cleaners will prepare the cottage for your arrival using Covid19 cleaning protocols. If you paid a cleaning fee, a check out cleaning will be scheduled, otherwise you can request a check out clean for a fee. You are expected to leave the cottage as you found it, tidy and in good repair.
WIFI is available at all of our cottages (unless specifically noted).
INDEMNIFICATION: You indemnify the owners of the rental property, their heirs and also their agent Muskoka District Rentals for any and all damage or injury that may occur either prior to, during or after your stay. Further, you acknowledge that Snowmobiling, Boating and all water sports are inherently dangerous.Please make sure you wear proper lifejackets at all times on the water and note these may not be provided for you at the rental property.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: I/we represent, warrant, acknowledge and agree that I/we will use the cottage and its facilities in accordance with the booking agreement and the household rules and I/we do so at our own risk and that I/we indemnify and save Muskoka District Rentals, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, all employees of aforementioned companies, the property owner and their heirs harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused to person or property of the Renter, his/her family, or guests before, during or after the time of occupancy. Further, I/we accept full responsibility for the risk to personal health of renting property owned and occupied by unrelated persons during the Covid19 Pandemic.
To ensure the quiet enjoyment of the lake by our neighbours, music or loud noise of any kind is not permitted after 10pm or before 8am.
Resort Fee: For a one-time fee of $99.00, the Accidental Damage Limited Waiver of Liability will waive a claim against the Guest for the cost to repair or replace any accidental damage taking place at the property during the rental period for up to a total of $3,000.00 in damages. The Accidental Damage Limited Waiver of Liability only applies to accidental damage as determined by Muskoka District Rentals. A damage deposit will still be required for casual damages, internet overage charges, extra cleaning charges, garbage disposal, pet cleanup, etc. The Accidental Damage Limited Waiver is not Insurance.

The perfect place for a family getaway
Lovely stay at Endless Summers, the home was very well stocked with everything that you needed, we were pleasantly surprised. There is limited internet so don’t forget to bring activities to do such as movies for the blue ray player. The hosts responded very quickly and were a great resource when needed during the weekend. The perfect place for a family getaway (enough room for a playpen for a baby).

Nice Holiday
A nice place for a family holiday, and we would return again. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good hotel-quality and comfortable. Lots of beach towels! Central air kept the house cool. Kitchen was well-equipped but a bit disorganized. A big useful pantry. The house needs a second fridge (perhaps one in the pantry?) for 14 people. It is irritating to have to bring water when we pay so much for the property–we suggest getting an ultraviolet system. We had fun on the water. The equipment in the boathouse was not very good. We had to rent canoes, kayaks and paddleboards from Swiftcanoe and this was an additional expense. Please note that this is a busy waterway in the afternoon and on weekends–watch out for the jetskis. The floatplanes were fun to watch. You can hear the dull sound of traffic from highway 400 about 1 km away.

Loved every minute
It was a great place to stay in as big family, clean, comfortable, beautiful view and entertaining. Did not like having to take our garbage to the dump, it would have been nice to have a bin at the property or something but it was a small price to pay for how beautiful everything else was.

Excellent support from the management
We noticed the flushing issue in the bathrooms when we first got into the cottage. I called the incorrect phone number printed in the email communication and was advised to call management office. Within couple minutes, I already got an email asking if I need help. They sent a technician on site within an hour. He was so responsible to have the problem fixed immediately and return the next day to ensure that if we were fine. He also answered all our questions and communicated to the owner on behalf of us. Their whole team was so supportive. Overall experience for the stay was excellent. It is a comfortable and beautiful cottage for our vacation. Big enough for 10 people. Actually, we have two spare rooms left if you have a larger group of people for your trip. We all had a great time in those days.
