Great location on a quiet lake
We stayed in late Sept and had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, despite the rainy weather. It was nice to enjoy the screened in porch with a glass of wine and listen to the rain. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and the bbq is top notch. This a great cottage for couples or a small group / family.

Great Cottage!
Just finished up a great long weekend at Priscillas Cottage. The owners were very organized and have a website set up for the cottage with all the info a guest would need. Upon arrival the place was very clean and organized with a nice little bouquet of flowers on the patio table in the screen room. Which by the way, the picture of the screen room in the ad was the main reason I booked the place and I was not disappointed. Quiet, remote, simple, comfortable, and clean.

A relaxing cottage vacation!
Our family had a fantastic experience renting this quaint cottage with the most amazing view of Bass Lake. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The location was excellent with easy access to Bala and Port Carling for shopping. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and relaxing on the dock and in the screened in porch. We would come back in a heartbeat – great experience from start to finish! Loved that it was pet friendly and had everything we needed for a relaxing cottage vacation!

Great spot to relax with friends by the water!
Myself and 3 adult friends stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The cottage is situated on a big piece of rock that makes for a great spot to hangout by the water on the Muskoka Chairs! The lake is great for swimming, watersports, canoeing etc and the rock makes for a great entry into the water if you don’t like using the dock. The inside of the cottage is cozy and has everything you need including lots of extra pillows and towels. The beds were quite comfy as well. The TV does have bell satellite and several DVDs to watch for those rainy days. *I do recommend bringing some additional pots + pans etc if you like upgraded cook wares.* Lots of towns nearby with everything you could need, LCBO/Grocery in smaller town of Mactier, and everything else you need in Port Carling. Perfect in every way ~ definitely recommend Priscilla’s!
Had a great time at the cottage for a fall long weekend. The lake was so peaceful. Great distance from bigger towns for all the amenities but still secluded enough to feel like a real getaway with nature. Would definitely recommend for a couples weekend away.

Serene, cozy ~ ideal location!
Serene cozy simple lake front cottage in Muskoka. Ideal location close to Port Carling, the south side of the lake – sunshine all day. Bass Lake is very pretty, quite active in summer months (speed boats).

Lovely cottage on a small lake. Wonderful access to the water via private dock and sloping rocky promontory. Fairly busy lake with various watercraft. Fairly secluded cottage. Accurate pictures. Timely communications with owner/agent. Would definitely recommend.

Ross and Maryrose are amazing! They made our stay as comfortable as possible. Communication was quick, cottage was spacious and clean, lovely view of the lake enjoyed canoeing. We were even provided with additional brochures on what to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Again!

This cottage is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The dock is at a location in which the sun shines all day – so you are definitely able to make the most of your stay! The porch has screens all around – so you are able to get the breeze and natural air, without the bugs (provides good shade as well). Everything is there that you need (cooking utensils and such)- and communication with hope was good. Highly recommended!
